About Me

I’m Deborah. I help people grow food in small urban spaces. On this site, I share tips about how you can grow your own food so you can eat healthier food, avoid toxic pesticides and creepy genetically modified “food” and feel empowered by your ability to grow your own!

  • Have you ever thought you did not have enough land to have your own vegetable garden?
  • Do you like eating fresh, healthy, nontoxic food?
  • Are you adventurous and willing to experiment in your garden?
  • Are you interested in organic vegetable gardening and/or creating a small fruit orchard?

I am living proof that you don’t need to be an expert to garden and grow your own fresh fruits and vegetables. I started this site to invite folks like you on my journey as I continue to develop my organic vegetable garden and fruit orchard, nurture a small patch of land in my urban back yard garden and enjoy the independence that comes from doing it myself.
